RQRY Puts Evidence-Based Hiring Analytics in Front of CHRO Decisions

Hiring at scale exposes every weakness in subjective decision-making. Resolved, a Belgian talent and strategic management firm, built RQRY to bring evidence-based structure to recruitment for medium and large organizations. Spreadsheets and gut feel were not going to survive enterprise procurement or CHRO scrutiny.

Our approach

We developed RQRY as a Vue.js single-page application on a Django REST backend with JWT authentication, fine-grained access control, and server-side PDF reporting. Chart.js visualizations surface hiring metrics in real time. Google Cloud Platform infrastructure with Docker Swarm, Redis, and PostgreSQL supports enterprise-scale usage.
