Built for AI that has to survive production, not a pilot.

Most AI work fails the same way software theater fails: a proof-of-concept with no data path, no evaluation, and no one left to own it after the kickoff. Typical software firms treat models as a feature. Agencies treat them as a slide.

We built the opposite. An AI engineering practice that starts with the live estate — data, constraints, compliance, and the operators who will run the system — then ships models, pipelines, and product surfaces that stay owned after go-live.

We still work with a focused set of clients at a time. AI that matters needs full attention.

01 — Clarity over coverage
One sharp answer on data readiness and risk beats twenty hedged AI roadmaps. If we don't know something yet, we say so — and we measure before we promise.
02 — Senior on every brief
The engineers who diagnose the model, the data, and the estate are the ones who ship. No farming the engagement out after the workshop.
03 — We ship systems
An AI strategy that ends in a deck is half-finished. We stay until inference, workflows, and handover run in production — with evaluation and clear ownership.
04 — Fewer clients, better work
Serious AI work does not share a calendar with a dozen half-owned builds. We take what we can give full attention.
